500g spinach, wash and slice
4 garlic, press
2 chilli pepper, slice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
300ml water
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and raw chilli pepper. Saute until the garlic is just beginning to brown.
Add spinach, salt, and sugar. Stir and pour water.
Let the spinach is cooked. Serve immediately!
